STACK TRADE INDICATORS

There are five (5) primary indicators that are used to show the TS1 Trade setup.

  • MP_Trend
  • MP_SR_Line
  • MP_S1_Stack
  • MP_S2_Stack
  • MP_Thick_Line

You don't need anything other than these indicators or any other timeframe charts for the TS1 setup.

The first indicator is the MP_Trend indictor. It changes RED when you should be looking for shorts and BLUE when you should be looking for longs. This is the first indicator to tell you that TS1 is likely to happen soon.

The second is the MP_SR_Line indicator. This indicator is the point where the TS1 (Trade Setup #1) trades are entered into. This line is a SUPPORT/RESISTANCE line.

Building on the first indicator, after the MP_Trend has turned Blue for longs or Red for shorts, we are looking for the price to make a full bar above or below this line and then pullback to it for a possible entry.

The remaining 3 Indicators need to be properly 'stacked' together! This "Stack" will indicate the flow of the market and coupled with the other indicators provides the complete setup.

We are looking for the thick line to be above/below everything and have the color of the direction you are trading in. Preferably one of the two thin lines with the same color as the thick line, preferably all 3 matching and the thin stack lines heading in direction of the trade.

The best, most conservative time to enter a long is when:

  • The THICK Line and Both Thin Lines match the MP_Trend color and
  • one or two of the thin lines is above the MP_SR_Line and
  • the MP_SR_Line is heading in the right direction.

When this situation happens, we aggressively buy the MP_SR_Line.
